Terms for using the ShipFormat browser tool and subscription features.
Service description
ShipFormat converts order spreadsheets into shipping CSV files and provides rule-based previews and workflow tools. The service is provided as available.
No Australia Post affiliation
ShipFormat is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Australia Post or any shipping carrier.
CSV accuracy is your responsibility
You must review generated CSV files and confirm that carrier fields, services, package details, and compliance values are correct before use.
Sender and recipient information
You are responsible for having authority to process shipment data and for the accuracy of sender, recipient, address, phone, and item information.
Subscription and billing
Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe at the price and interval shown at checkout and continue until cancelled.
Cancellation and refunds
You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal. Refund requests are reviewed according to applicable law and the circumstances of the request.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ShipFormat is not liable for carrier rejection, shipping delay, incorrect labels, lost data, or indirect loss arising from use of generated files.
