How ShipFormat handles order files, account data, and subscription services.
Local file processing
Order spreadsheets and generated CSV data are processed in your browser. ShipFormat does not upload order files to its server.
Account and subscription data
When you sign in, ShipFormat stores the minimum account and subscription records needed to show Free or Pro access.
Payment processing by Stripe
Stripe processes subscription checkout, billing, and payment details. ShipFormat does not receive or store complete card details.
Authentication by Supabase
Supabase provides magic-link authentication and stores account and membership records used by ShipFormat.
No sale of user data
ShipFormat does not sell personal data or order-file contents.
